Bitumen tank farms vertical steel tanks From 1 000 000 ₽

The specialists of our company have been engineering and manufacturing bitumen depots since 2002. Over this time, we have developed efficient technologies for heating paving bitumen and built over 30 regional bitumen tank farms within the Russian Federation and CIS countries. Today we offer ground bitumen depots in vertical tanks for dark-oil products with a capacity from 100 to 500 tons.

The tank is installed on a prepared site, the tank is equipped with a register system, three independent heaters: bottom-dwelling vertical and local registers in the area of the intake manifold, a pump unit for bitumen pumping in and pumping off and heat insulation. For bitumen intake, heating is carried out only in the area of local heating to a pumping temperature of 80-110ºС. 180ºС heat-transfer oil (АМТ-300, Mobilterm, etc.) is used for heating up. For further intensive heating up of bitumen to required temperatures, it’s recommended to use 45-75 m³ active heating tanks.
