The drying unit body is manufactured providing temperature stability and minimum wear, fitted all along with special blades, which ensure the optimal material drying along the full length of the drying drum. The drying drum rests on a frame with cast bands and heat insulation cased with galvanized sheets, drive rollers, which are operated by WEISHAUPT gear motors (Germany) and a WEISHAUPT burner (Germany). The operator, using a frequency converter, controls the drum rotation speed maximizing its efficiency and keeping the temperature of the exhaust gases constant. For liquid fuel, a 25 m3 container is supplied, which is included in the basic package. For operation on gas, the burner is equipped with a WEISHAUPT gas control line (Germany).
